Millis, Mass. On-Line Bicycle Registration Form

Protect your bike from theft.

A thief only needs a minute or two to steal a bike.

Use a U-shaped lock, heavy chain or cable.

Lock your bike to a fixed object. Run the lock or cable through the frame, both wheels and the fixed object.

The bicycle registration form allows you to register your bicycle with the Millis Police Department.  Use of this form is limited to residents of the Town of Millis only.

The information on this form will assist the police in identifying your bicycle in the event it is lost or stolen. If your bicycle is lost or stolen, report it to the Police Department immediately by calling the Department's at 508-376-5112.

Registration is simple:

Complete all of the boxes on the registration form. Be certain to enter the serial number and other data in the boxes provided on the form.

Click on the "OK, Send" button. The information will be electronically transferred to the Millis Police Department's Records Inquiry Section.

After Submitting the form, you will automatically receive an email copy. Please print this out for your own records.

You will need to bring the bicycle to the station during normal business hours to receive your Millis Police Bike Registration Sticker that will be affixed to your bicycle frame.

Your bicycle's registration is valid for five years. Re-register at the time of expiration. If you transfer ownership of your bicycle, inform the new owner that a new Bicycle Registration Form should be completed and submitted to the Police Department. You should give the new owner a copy of your completed form, and he or she should submit it along with the new Bicycle Registration Form to the Police Department.
